Our mission is to offer the the highest quality, most flavorful and consistent chile products available anywhere. We grow, hand pick, slow dry and package all of our dried chiles and chile blends. This is rare in an industry that purchases many of the products they sell from HUGE growers in foreign countries who dry and smoke their products in factories on a scale too large to have good quality control. Most chile pepper products are dried too hot and fast and are either Irradiated or gassed to eliminate bacteria. This has a huge diminishing effect on the flavor and heat of the chile.

     Our specialty is in the Habaneros we grow. We have excellent sources for seeds from varieties that come from all over the world. We currently grow more than 20 different Habaneros including: Jamaican Hot Red, Congo Brown, Lemon Drop, Scotch Bonnet, Fatalii, Caribbean Red, Trinidad Perfume and Yellow Mushroom, just to name a few. Other chiles we have on the farm are: Thai, Tepin, Pequin, several different Jalapenos, Serrano, Cayenne, Anaheim and Poblano.  We adhere to organic farming principles and use no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We also follow the rigorous processing guidelines of the Food and Drug Administration and are licensed with the United States Department of Agriculture.
