This is our unique blend of dried chiles! Made from some of the hottest and most flavorful Habaneros from around the world. We have included the Caribbean Red, Lemon Drop, Red Savina ®, Scotch Bonnet and others. Also our own Hickory smoked Jalapenos (Chipotle). This blend also has Serrano, Thai, Tepin, Pequin, Cayenne AND the new Guinness Book of world record holding hot pepper, the Bhut Jolokia also know as the Naga Jolokia or Naga Morich.  As we have mentioned at the top of the page, All of our chiles are grown, dried and packaged here on our farm. We do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides and are working towards organic certification. We dry our chiles at the lowest possible temperature to ensure maximum flavor. We do not include any foreign products in our blends. We do not use any irradiated products.
 
Use this product a little at a time. It is VERY HOT!! Add to burgers, steaks, chicken or pork before grilling. Mix a little in with your own BBQ rub recipe. Use on pasta, pizza, eggs or try it in soup, salsa and chili.  
 
CAUTION: This blend of chiles is EXTREMELY HOT!! Please use with care. Do not allow in contact with your eyes or other sensitive areas of your body and PLEASE keep this bottle out of the reach of your children!!
